Mergers & Acquisitions refer to the international term encompassing purchase, sale and other operations between companies, called M&A for short. In Brazil, those are activities structured by large worldwide consulting firms for businesses over US$ 30 million. Kinds of operations

In M&A, there are three situations more frequently found: purchase,sales of companies and mergers. The third kind is different. It refers to the decision of two companies combining into one to create a new, larger, stronger and more competitive entity.
