Description

Project Management is a service provided by EFC to plan, coordinate, schedule, organize, lead and control complex projects of several nature and types, either directly or through internet, using the “Web Collaboration System”.

Kinds of Projects that can be managed  with the “ Web Collaboration System”

1. Complex Litigation Law Suits

2. Board of Directors (Planning and Control Projects and activities for Boards)

3. SOX Control Systems

4. Auditing Systems in large Organizations

5. Multinational Companies operating in several countries

6. Large civil Engineering construction Projects, for example metro lines, tunnels, power plants, roads, airports, etc.

How Web Collaboration System works?

Collaboration tools are becoming a requirement for any environment where people from different places are collaborating towards the same objective.

This is the case of either management projects, like to implement a Sarbannes Oxley Corporate system in a multinational company, or a complex litigation process, or a heavy construction project like a aircraft project relating several countries in the business.

Web collaboration tools keep a central repository of information and documents, under strict safety controls, allowing access, for authorized people, from any computer connected to the web, or from wireless devices (for instance thousand of drawings, contracts, analysis, minutes, etc.).

All documents can easily be kept available for all participants.

Automatic notification may inform participants about new entries, and any issue may be discussed using electronic forums, chats, instant messaging, or even electronic meetings with voice & video.

Different editions of the same document or corrections can be precisely identified or if necessary, tracked in terms of authors, time, changes made, et cetera.

All documents may be searched with a full text engine.

Reminders and tasks may be attached to any document, and the corresponding follow-up is automatic.

Workflow processes can also be defined for monitoring actions, response times etc.

Discussions would have been possible during all the work.

Productivity is improved, and travel expenses may be lower.
